In our coaching relationship we create a safe space that allows you to be exactly who you are and who you aim to be; a space where we identify limiting beliefs, voices and stories in your head that are no longer serving you well. Instead, we will create new pathways and perspectives that feel true to yourself and to who you really want to be in your personal and professional life.
Invest in yourself
We kick off with a complimentary discovery session where you will be able to ask your questions and learn more about coaching. I will share insights about my approach and what you can expect. From there we decide if we want to embark on this journey together.
Creating new pathways and perspectives takes time, reflection and practice. I recommend starting with a set of 4 sessions. However, most clients work with me on an ongoing basis in order to achieve lasting change.
Whether you are a private or professional client, you can be anywhere in the world. All sessions take place via video or phone calls in English or German.
