I never wanted to consult a coach. Those grand but hollow phrases such as “you can do it, as long as you believe in yourself” always annoyed me. So when I gave it a try eventually, I was very sceptical, ready to ridicule. But Thabea’s coaching sessions are different. She has an incredible ability to listen actively, to ask the right questions, which are often surprising and eye-opening. And to untangle the clutter of thoughts and emotions that prevent you from taking on a new challenge or starting a new phase in your life. I also liked the tools she suggested for everyday tasks and those particularly tricky moments. They were practical, to the point, and fitted my needs and personality. At the same time every single session has been great fun, providing me with a big boost of positive energy. I always left with a smile on my face and – I have to admit it – the feeling that “I actually can do it”. I am grateful for this experience and can highly recommend Thabea as a coach.
